Cookie Policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
Memora keeps things light. We use only what is needed to run the site, plus optional measurement you can turn off at any time.
What cookies are
Cookies (and similar technologies like local storage) are small pieces of data your browser keeps for a site. They let us remember that you are signed in, which language you prefer, and whether you accepted this policy.
Strictly necessary
These are always active. Without them you could not sign in, open a private album or complete a purchase.
| Name | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Keeps you signed in to your Memora account. | Until you sign out |
| memora-lang | Remembers whether you browse in English or Spanish. | Persistent |
| memora-cookie-consent | Stores your cookie choices so we stop asking. | Persistent |
| __stripe_mid / __stripe_sid | Set by Stripe during checkout to prevent fraud. | Session to 1 year |
Optional — measurement
Only set if you accept. It helps us understand which pages and Memora taps work well. We never use it for advertising and never sell data.
| Name | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Usage analytics | Aggregated page views and tap events, without profiling you. | Up to 12 months |
Third parties we rely on
Payments are handled by Stripe, hosting and databases by our infrastructure providers, and maps are rendered with OpenStreetMap tiles. These providers may set their own strictly necessary cookies when you use those features.
Managing cookies
You can change your choice at any time below, or clear cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and checkout.
