Every Memora keepsake is packed and posted by us. This page explains what delivery costs, when your parcel arrives, and how to return it if you change your mind.
Delivery costs and times

Delivery is a flat rate per order, no matter how many keepsakes it contains. Prices shown at checkout include VAT, calculated for your delivery country.
When we dispatch
Orders are prepared and posted within 2 working days of payment. As soon as your parcel leaves us we add the carrier and tracking number to your order, so you can follow it from your account. Delivery times above start from dispatch, not from the moment you order.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties or import taxes may apply on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are payable by you; they are not included in the price at checkout.
Your right to change your mind (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The keepsake must come back to us in a resalable condition, with its NFC chip unactivated or reset.
To exercise this right, email us at hello@memoraforyou.com with your order number before the 14 days are up. We will confirm the return address. You pay the cost of returning the item unless it arrived faulty or incorrect.
We refund the full order value, including the standard delivery charge you originally paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned keepsake, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your keepsake arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, including return postage. A photograph of the problem helps us sort it out quickly.
What happens to your album
Your digital album is part of the keepsake, not a separate purchase. If you return a keepsake, the album linked to it stops being reachable by tapping that item, but your photos remain in your account and you can download them at any time before you delete them.
