By using Memora you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your login secure. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

NFC tags & souvenirs

NFC-enabled products are sold as-is. Once activated and linked to an album, the tag redirects visitors to whatever album you have configured — you control what they see.

Buying a Memora keepsake

Prices shown include VAT at the rate for your delivery country, calculated at checkout. Delivery is charged separately at a flat rate per order. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm your payment; until then we may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the price was listed in error. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery costs and times, your 14-day right to change your mind, and how we handle damaged or incorrect items are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Who you are buying from

Memora keepsakes are sold by our company registered in Ireland. Full company details, including registration and VAT numbers, are available on request at hello@memoraforyou.com.

Prohibited content

No illegal content, harassment, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, or content that violates others' rights. We may remove content and terminate accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We aim for a reliable service but don't guarantee uptime. Features may change as Memora evolves.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
